3 DG label/ placard的區別 貼在貨物包裝上的叫 label(邊長不小於100mm)；
貼在貨櫃上的叫placard(邊長不小於250mm)，較label大張 下面只介紹placard，主要用於貨櫃運輸組件： 須不小於100mm 250mm

4 標記，標誌 (Labeling and Placarding)
通常大家將 “類別標記 (class label )” 和“類別標誌 (class placard) ”混淆。 類別標記 (Class labels )是貼在危險品包裝上的。它比標誌來的小。每一個危險品包裝都需要貼標記。 類別標誌(Class placards )是貼在內有裝危險品的貨物運輸組件 (CTUs； cargo transport units ) 外面。 貨櫃的每面都需要貼標誌，所以每個有裝危險品的貨櫃都需要貼 4 面的標誌。

5 危標張貼guidelines 1. 櫃體四面，建議高度1.8m 2. Class & Sub-risk 都要貼
3. 若內含單一DG > 4,000 KG 則必須張貼UN 4. 若是海污貨, 需張貼MP標籤 5. 若為煙燻櫃, 需張貼煙燻標籤 6. 若是限量包裝, LQ特殊貼法 7. 特殊危標-加溫物質, 注意警示 8. IMDG 和5.3.2的要求， 在貨物運輸組件上顯示的Label 和Placard，做到至少浸泡3個月後仍清晰可辨 , 故標籤皆不可用手寫。 9. 張貼PLACARD前, 若貨櫃表面有灰塵、 鹽粒或水分,請先擦拭乾淨後再貼標。

7 該如何貼貨櫃外的標誌( placard ) 如果一個貨櫃內只有裝一個 UN number 且gross wt.小於4,000 kg 只需要貼Class 不需要貼UN number。 如果一個貨櫃內只有裝一個 UN number 且gross wt. 大於4,000 kg， 要貼Class & UN Number標誌。 如果一個貨櫃有裝兩個以上的 UN number，只需要貼Class，不需要貼 UN NO標誌。

8 Marine Pollutants(MP)
條文中MP欄中以 P標記物質，材料或物品，則需申報為海汙; 並張貼MP標籤,如果MP是以單一包裝或內包裝不超過5公升或5公斤, 可依照貨主決定是否要申報為海汙貨

9 燻蒸過的組件 (Fumigated cargo transport units -class 9,un3359 )
1.如果燻蒸櫃裝載了其他危險貨物,不僅要遵守以下燻蒸櫃的特殊規定,還要遵守此危險品 IMDG Code之規定(包括標貼placard,Mark,及危險品文件) 2.燻蒸過的封閉式組件，須要求清楚顯示燻蒸警告符號(貼於櫃門)，它應很容易地被打算進入該組件的人員看到，本段中所要求的標記保留直到滿足下述規定： <1> 燻蒸組件已經經通風並除掉燻蒸氣體中的有害成份 <2> 經燻蒸的貨物或物質已經被卸載。 3.燻蒸櫃不需張貼 class 9 placard,除非其它class 9 貨物裝在燻蒸櫃則需張貼 class 9. UN number (UN 3359)不需張貼於燻蒸櫃,但燻蒸櫃運輸文件須包含 UN 3359, fumigated cargo transport unit, class 9;

10 Q & A: EX: Class9/UN 2216 (魚粉)進行煙燻(UN3359), 若魚粉總重大於4000 公斤, 應如何張貼相關危標? A:要張貼Class 9級+ UN2216, + 煙薰標籤(櫃門)

11 LQ Limited Quantities相關危標貼法
2. 只需張貼LQ標籤, 級數(CLASS)及UN皆無需張貼

12 (二) 若單一LQ貨載且具有海污特性時 : A: 只需張貼LQ 標籤貼紙即可 In all cases, if the dangerous goods packed in limited quantities are marine pollutants, the cargo transport units shall bear the LQ label/placard.

13 (三) 若一般DG貨載與LQ貨載混裝時 : A: 照一般DG貨載的張貼方式 舉例而言: 若Class 3級與Class 9級的LQ貨載混裝,只需 張貼Class 3級的相關標籤貼紙 Cargo transport units containing dangerous goods and dangerous goods packed in limited quantities shall be placarded and marked according to the provisions applicable to the dangerous goods which are not packed in limited quantities.

14 (四) 若一般DG貨載(但不用貼危標)與LQ貨載混裝時 :
A: 照LQ貨載的張貼方式 舉例而言: 若Class 3級的LQ貨載與Class 9/ UN3166汽車混裝, 需張貼LQ的相關標籤貼紙 Cargo transport units containing dangerous goods and dangerous goods packed in limited quantities shall be placarded and marked according to the provisions applicable to the dangerous goods which are not packed in limited quantities. However, if no placard or mark is required for the dangerous goods not packed in limited quantities, the cargo transport units shall be marked with the mark.

15 Q & A: 有一個貨櫃內裝CLASS 3/ UN 1993 , LQ + CLASS9/ UN3082 , LQ, MP + CLASS 9/UN CLASS 9/ UN 3268 ,則櫃外要張貼哪些危標 ? 請問要照1)還是2 )的方式來張貼 A: 1)只貼 Class 9 2) Class 9+ MP 說明: CLASS9/ UN3082 , LQ, MP 以此例 MP 是UN3082 所貢獻的，但此又為LQ包裝符合免貼 MP 的規定。

16 特殊危標-加溫物質與注意警示 加溫物質 ( Elevated temperature Mark)
貨物運輸組件內的物質，如果液態物質運輸或交付運輸時溫度等於或超過100 °C ，或固態物質運輸或交付運輸時的溫度等於或超過240 °C ，那麼這樣的組件須在其每一側和每一端面上黏貼如圖所示的加溫標記。這三角形標記邊長需不小於250mm且為紅色。 250mm Class 3/ UN 3256, Class 9/ UN 3257, Class 9/UN 3258 shall be pasted the following elevated temperature Class 9/UN 2211& Class 9/UN 3314 shall be pasted the following warning mark. (lettering not less than 25 mm high)

17 危標相關規定 (根據IMDG CODE條文) (1) 當運送危險貨物時須依照以下規定張貼危險櫃標籤:
★運送用貨櫃&Tank櫃：須於櫃體四周張貼危標 (四張) (2) 按IMDG 和5.3.2的要求，在貨物運輸組件上顯示的Label和Placard，須做到至少浸泡3個月後仍清晰可辨。 (3) 當貨物運輸組件所裝的危險貨物或其殘餘物完全卸除後，須立即除掉或遮掉那些由於裝載此類物質所標示的Placard、橘黃色標籤、標記&標籤。 (4)根據DG declaration /packing certificate 規定, shipper應依照IMDG CODE包裝以及張貼標籤。 (5) 若違反上述規定, 造成罰款或導致相關補貼費用, 將由貨主負責

18 危標重要公告 根據SP962, SP963條文, UN3166/ 3171/3496是可免貼危標。 2. 港口例外規定:
< Amd > Notice to DGS applicants/auditors # 1218 / All DG class need to be pasted dg placard if POD is IR and VN In order to avoid additional penalty at Iran/Vietnam, POL shipper need to stick placard if they want to export DG cargo to IRBND /VNCLP, VNSGN, VNTAM, VNPTR, VNSTH, VNPCL, VNSTR, VNVCT, VNTCT, VNUIH, VNDAD, VNHPH no matter this DG meet SP962 clause or not.(which don’t need to paste the placard) 若出口至伊朗及越南,即便條文規定免貼危標,亦需於櫃外張貼相關危標貼紙。
