I also rebuke the lies that because of my sin I am unworthy to come to the Lord. By the authority of Jesus Christ, I command these lies from the evil ones to flee right now. 14 Fasting Prayer 禁食禱告: Abstaining from food (or a type of food)
for a period of time – for a spiritual purpose. 因為屬靈的原因，一段時間不吃食物，或不吃某種 類食物. and using that time (and more time) to praise God, to repent, to read the Bible, to pray/ask/have intercession, and to have quiet quality time with God (at least to increase the amount of time on these things) 並用這段時間來(以及更多時間)來 敬拜讚美、 認罪悔改潔淨自己、閱讀聖經、禱告祈求/代求、 安靜默想聆聽與上帝親近

17 Types of Fast 禁食禱告的種類 1) Full /Absolute Fast 完全禁食:
Don’t eat/drink anything (no water, no food) (Paul in Acts 9:9, Esther 4:16) Partial Fast 部分禁食: some type/category of food that means something to you (Meat, Caffeine, Sweets, Soda) Daniel Fast 但以理禁食: Daniel only ate vegetable fruit, and water, no meat/sweet/wine (Daniel 1:12) 3) Normal Fast 普通禁食: no food but drink plenty of water (may also drink juice and clear broth)

18 How Do We Do It? Start with a meal first – something you can handle!
A meal a day for xx days; 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 21 days, 40 days 2. Drink a lot of WATER, or liquid/juice/soup. 3. Praise God, Repent, Read the Bible, Ask/Intercession 求/代求, And Have quality quiet time with God 4. Fast with Purpose – Make a Prayer List
