2 教學目標 肯定每個孩子都有值得被肯定的一面，透過多元化的教學活動，給予充分發展的機會，啟發其潛能，培養健康的身心，適時的給予情意輔導。
鼓勵學生作自我評估或互評，透過評鑑自己學習和解決問題的過程中，培養學生正面的價值觀和態度，以發展他們獨立和終身學習的能力。 設計多元化及互動性的學習活動，如英語歌唱、分組閱讀討論、小組學習模式，發展學生多元智能及發掘其興趣，促進學生的高層次思維技巧和創造力。 英語節慶情境讓學生更暸解英語文化，促進其學習英語的動機，以學生為中心作自主的學習空間，非以教師為中心的學習。
