根據中信銀中小企業用戶ASP接受度問卷調查分析報告中,企業用戶購買ERP軟體時,最重要之五大因素,依序為(1)安全性(2)系統穩定性(3)售後服務(4)擴充性(5)系統整合性,另考慮(6)品牌指名因素,並依重要性依序給予權重。 表格中數值為蒐集廠商介紹及市場一般印象後所賦予,難免較為主觀,建議透過資策會等相關研究單位,持續蒐集資訊以增加可靠性。

根據各因子之加權值,找出該廠商之特性評分,並利用平均值偏差,導出X軸及Y軸,以繪製市場競爭區位圖。 本例中以財務模組價格為比較基準。
