2. Reference 參照號碼 : 雙方公司因某一個案或交易收到信函時, 所編製的 索碼, 以方便雙方迅速了解所提之事或交易.
Could be : 1. Initials 2. Numbers 3. Your own reference number 4. References of both sides Example: Your ref: LE/N or Our ref: HCD/RP or SN002

3. Date日期: 寫信的當時日期 May be used abbreviations for some certain months: January--> Jan. July--> Jul. February-->Feb. August--> Aug. March-->Mar. September--> Sept. April-->Apr. October--> Oct. June-->Jun. November-->Nov. December-->Dec.

5. Attention Line 此致某人啟閱:
當對方公司有許多部門和人員時, 或知道 即將寫信給某一特定人士, 則須要註明收 信人. 但不知對方收信人的名字或職稱,也 可省略此一部分. Example: Attention : Mr. P James
