臨床服務: 整合加護單位資源, 提升照護品質與效率 專業知識的再精進: 本科, 跨科, 跨部, 跨領域 加護單位床位的有效運用 制定protocol 或 guideline 導入artificial intelligence (AI) 教學: 依不同職級設計不同的課程, 使具有基本核心能力 整體系統性的整合式教學 著重在實務訓練 (simulator) 善用教學部臨床技能中心 研究: 臨床試驗 科或跨科部研究

6 實際作法 成立”大內科部ICU重症團隊核心小組” ICU重症團隊成員 (ICU專責醫師) 小組定時會議，擬定工作內容與目標
每兩周一次 教育訓練課程: 核心與進階課程 負責內科部每月1 次 MMI

7 內科部榮耀教學系列活動 107年度大內科部重症加護訓練課程(第I梯次)
主旨: 加強大內科部住院醫師ICU重症加護專業知識及實務訓練 參加對象:自由參加，以第二年住院醫師(R2)為主，歡迎PGY、各職級住院醫師、NP及VS參加 主辦單位: 內科部，神經內科部，急診醫學部 課程籌備及規劃: 溫明賢副院長，黃集仁副院長，羅榮昇部長，林俊彥部長，及各專科課程負責人 上課時間: 如課程表，預計上下半年各舉辦一個梯次 上課地點: 醫學大樓5樓內科會議室/兒童大樓B2臨床技能中心 注意事項: 呼吸器及超音波Workshop課程考量實務操作及小組教學，為控制上課人數及品質，先以R2為主。欲報名者，請於9月28日前聯絡胸腔內科 或GSM 66109)
