2 系宗旨 Purpose 運動休閒系以「旅遊全球，健康全有」為宗旨 依此規劃「休閒遊憩服務」與「運動保健指導」等兩項模組，並以下為教育目標：
1、培育人文素養與社會關懷之倫理態度。 2、培育具保健知能之運動指導專業人才。 3、培育具旅遊知能之休閒遊憩專業人才。 There are two modules of the Department of Sport and Leisure, such as “service of leisure and recreation” and “instruction of sports and health care ” , which are aimed at “Travel the world, all healthy”. The objectives of education are as follows: 1. To cultivate the ethical attitude of humane accomplishments and social concern. 2. To cultivate the professionals of exercise instruction with health care awareness. 3. To cultivate the professionals of leisure and recreation with tourism knowledge.

9 泳渡日月潭(Sun Moon Lake Swimming)
台灣四面環海，游泳是一項必備技能，一年的游泳訓練後，參與萬人泳渡，一起挑戰自我。 課外活動

14 推動紐西蘭海外實習，拓展學生國際化視野，民宿、餐廳、賣場、觀光農場多方發展，讓同學可以學習不同的工作技巧，提升英文溝通技巧，也更了解國外的文化。
