You have to peel before eating and with one kind of Bavarian traditional sauce『sweet mustard』The sauce is a little sweet and not spicy at all. 慕尼黑白香腸最特別的地方，除了食用前得先去皮外，還得搭配一種巴伐利亞傳統的「甜味芥末」，味道不僅帶甜，而且一點都不辛辣。

『Eingelegte Zwetschgen』is the famous garnish in Germany.Plums the peak period is in July to October and it can use red wine vinegar or 燒酒 vinegar to preserve with salt. Eingelegte Zwetschgen also can eat with wildspeise. For example,venison 、rabbit meat or pork. Eingelegte Zwetschgen，是德國一道小有名氣的配菜。每當李子旺季來臨時（七月底至十月）無論是利用紅酒醋醃成酸溜溜的李子，或以燒酒醋做成具辛味口感的醃李子，都是搭配德國野味餐點Wildspeise如鹿肉、兔肉、或野豬肉等常見的醬菜。不過也有許多德國人會將它製成帶甜的口味，分裝成小碗，如此也是一道可口的酸甜小點心。
