出版機構：美國國家生技資訊中心(NCBI) National Center for Biotechnology Information 資料類型：醫學期刊文獻、即將出版的醫學論文、 PubMed Central 典藏的full-text 收錄主題：以生物醫學、生命科學、生化學、行為科學為主；也有收錄資訊科學、航太科學等等。

MeSH Database: 可幫助你找到需要的MeSH詞彙來連接作PubMed的文章搜尋 Journal Database: 提供PubMed內各期刊的資訊及搜尋期刊內的文章 Clinical Queries: 為一預先建構的搜尋工具，能幫助你縮少搜尋範圍在與臨床有關的文章上

8 控制字彙之檢索 : MeSH 醫學圖書館標題表（Medical Subject Headings，簡稱MeSH）
是 NLM 針對生物醫學資料所整理出的主題詞彙。對同一概念採用固定的詞彙表達方式，以達到控制詞彙目的，方便生物醫學領域的學者或從業人員彼此間的溝通，更可用以陳述資料內容的主題意涵並提供檢索。 它的制定可協助做為主題編目選用標目之依據，以為讀者查檢館藏目錄時的檢索點之一。 美國醫學標題表的內容分成兩個部分：字母順序標題表及樹狀結構標題表。

9 Limits功能介紹 在Limits中你有如下的選擇來建立你的搜尋: 文章刊出之時間日期(Dates) ，文章之種類(Publication Type of Articles) 及文章使用之語言(Languages) ，研究之種類(Species) 、性別(Gender) 、及年齡(Ages) ，文章特定之子集(Subsets)、正文選擇(Text Options) 及搜尋領域標籤(Search Field Tags)選擇等。

11 在PubMed搜尋結果介面裏，Search bar多了RSS摘要及Save Search二項選項
