香蕉 2條 (每條6吋長), 共200克(去皮) 藍莓 1盒, 125克 希臘式乳酪(0%脂肪) 1杯, 150克 做法: 將藍莓洗淨,香蕉去皮。 將水果切塊放進雪櫃冰箱4小時。 將所有材料一同放進攪拌機。 攪拌1-2分鐘至奶昔狀。 將製成品存放於冰箱1小時至凝結即可享用。 營養成份 (1人份量): 112卡路里, 5.3克蛋白質, 21.8克醣份, 0.5克脂肪, 1.8克纖維素 律敦治鄧肇堅醫院 營養部

2 Banana and Blueberry Frozen Yogurt (3 Servings)
Ingredients: Banana 2 pieces (6 inch each), total 200g (without skin) Blueberry 1 pack, 125g Greek Yogurt (0% fat) 1 cup, 150g Instructions: 1. Wash the blueberries and remove the skin of banana. 2. Cut the fruits into pieces then freeze them in the freezer for 4 hours. 3. Add all the ingredients into the blender. 4. Blend all the ingredients until it becomes a smooth paste form. 5.
