4 Ezekiel is recommissioned to speak to the refugees
21 Now in the twelfth year of our exile, on the fifth of the tenth month, the refugees from Jerusalem came to me, saying, "The city has been taken." 22 Now the hand of the LORD had been upon me in the evening, before the refugees came. And He opened my mouth at the time they came to me in the morning; so my mouth was opened and I was no longer speechless. 21 我們被擄之後十二年十月初五日、有人從耶路撒冷逃到我這裡、說、城已攻破。 22 逃來的人未到前一日的晚上、耶和華的靈〔原文作手〕降在我身上、開我的口．到第二日早晨、那人來到我這裡、我口就開了、不再緘默。

For 11-16 God leads the process of gathering and judgment – matches the present return Ezekiel 34:13 "I will bring them out from the peoples and gather them from the countries and bring them to their own land; and I will feed them on the mountains of Israel, by the streams, and in all the inhabited places of the land. 我必從萬民中領出他們、從各國內聚集他們、引導他們歸回故土、也必在以色列山上、一切溪水旁邊、境內一切可居之處、牧養他們。 Ezekiel 34:16 "I will seek the lost, bring back the scattered, bind up the broken and strengthen the sick; but the fat and the strong I will destroy. Or that you should drink of the clear waters, that you must foul the rest with your feet? 17 我的羊群哪、論到你們、主耶和華如此說、我必在羊與羊中間、公綿羊與公山羊中間、施行判斷。 18 你們這些肥壯的羊、在美好的草場喫草、還以為小事嗎．剩下的草、你們竟用蹄踐踏了．你們喝清水、剩下的水、你們竟用蹄攪渾了。 21 …….until you have scattered them abroad, 以致使他們四散．

7 所以我必拯救我的群羊不再作掠物．我也必在羊和羊中間施行判斷。
One more action after arrival in the land NAU Ezekiel 34:22 therefore, I will deliver (yasha – save – hiphil causative, wav perf – a process) My flock, and they will no longer be a prey; and I will judge between one sheep and another. 8 8 耶和華說、這全地的人、三分之二、必剪除而死、三分之一仍必存留。
Judgements and conversions continues into Tribulation – one e.g. Zechariah 13:8-9 8 "It will come about in all the land," Declares the LORD, "That two parts in it will be cut off and perish; But the third will be left in it. 9 "And I will bring the third part through the fire, Refine them as silver is refined, And test them as gold is tested. They will call on My name, And I will answer them; I will say, 'They are My people,' And they will say, 'The LORD is my God.‘” 8 耶和華說、這全地的人、三分之二、必剪除而死、三分之一仍必存留。 9 我要使這三分之一經火、熬煉他們、如熬煉銀子、試煉他們、如試煉金子．他們必求告我的名、我必應允他們．我要說、這是我的子民．他們也要說、耶和華是我們的　神。

9 Ezekiel 34: V23 …. he will feed them himself
23-31 is the Millennium Ezekiel 34: V23 …. he will feed them himself v24 …. And I, the LORD, will be their God, and My servant David will be prince among them; V28 …. they will live securely, and no one will make them afraid. [no more judgments and conversions] V29 ……. they will not endure the insults of the nations anymore.
