5 Result Tools – Option 自行選擇需要出現的工具項目
The Options menu Collapses Results Tools (Search Aid), Results Tools includes Search Information, Filter By and the My Projects rapid access area. Search Information contains elements from the original Search Aid, and elements from the Search History, Filter By includes some Limits and the frequency based filters from OvidSP 2.0. My Projects is a new feature. 5

7 Search Tools –Filter By

12 My Projects 我的專案 My Projects is a structured storage area which allows a user to gather and store information before output. 12

When we first open OvidSP 3.0, but have not logged into My Account, we see the possibility of saving items to My Projects. Either by selecting multiple items with checkboxes and then choosing Add to My Projects from the top of the page, or by choosing the individual + My Projects icons, or by dragging into the My Projects area in Results Tools. 13

When we choose to do anything that requires My Account, save searches and alerts, add annotations etc, you are asked to login to My Account. 14

Adds functionality to the existing Saved Searches and Alerts and eTOCs. My Projects is a storage area which allows users to gather materials, text, articles, references, graphics etc and then output them later. 15

Folders are mobile, you may move a folder from one project to another. Projects are not mobile, you cannot place one project inside another. The selected project is the one which is active and open on the screen. 24

Select to upload a file. Up to 50Mbytes of storage is available in My Projects. Since most of the stored OvidSP items are in reality pointers back to the original data, the uploaded files (and external files) are the items which take up most space. 27

The Project view is the main way of working on a project, you can search within the text, can sort the results or output materials. Choose a project or folder from the Manage Projects area to open the Projects View. 29
