馬可福音 Mark 1:35 次日早晨，天未亮的時候，耶穌起來，到曠野地方去在那裡禱告。 Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed. 馬太福音 Matthew 14:23 散了眾人以後，他就獨自上山去禱告。到了晚上 只有他一人在那裡 。 After he had dismissed them, he went up on a mountainside by himself to pray. Later that night, he was there alone,

路加福音 Luke 6:12,13 那時，耶穌出去，上山禱告，整夜禱告神；到了天亮，叫他的門徒來，就從他們中間挑選十二個人，稱他們為使徒。 One of those days Jesus went out to a mountainside to pray, and spent the night praying to God. When morning came, he called his disciples to him and chose twelve of them, whom he also designated apostles.

I 支取能力 To receive power 雅各書 James 4:8a 你們親近神，神就必親近你們 。 Come near to God and He will come near to you. 以賽亞書 Isaiah 30:15  主 耶 和 華 ─ 以 色 列 的 聖 者 曾 如 此 說 ： 你 們 得 救 在 乎 歸 回 安 息 ； 你 們 得 力 在 乎 平 靜 安 穩 ； 你 們 竟 自 不 肯 。 This is what the Sovereign LORD, the Holy One of Israel, says: In repentance and rest is your salvation, in quietness and trust is your strength, but you would have none of it.

II 憑神話行 Act according to God’s Word 約翰福音 John 5:19,20   耶穌對他們說：我實實在在的告訴你們，子憑著自己不能做甚麼，惟有看見父所做的，子才能做；父所做的 事，子也照樣做。父愛子，將自己所做的一切事指給他看，還 要將比這更大的事指給他看，叫你們希奇。Jesus gave them this answer: “Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does. For the Father loves the Son and shows him all he does. Yes, and he will show him even greater works than these, so that you will be amazed.

1. 要謙卑 Be humble 馬太Mt. 6:5,6; 路加Lk. 8:9-14 2. 不要重複 No vain repetitions 馬太Mt. 6:7,8 3. 情詞迫切 Be persistent 路加Lk. 11:8-13 4. 不可灰心 Do not lose heart 路加Lk. 18:1-8

II 禱告的內容 The content 1.先求神的國和祂的義 Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness 馬太Mt. 6:9-10; 33a 我們在天上的父： Our Father in heaven 願人都尊你的名為聖hallowed be your name 願你的國降臨 your kingdom come 願你的旨意行在地上，如同行在天上。 your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

II 禱告的內容 The content 2. 其他的東西都要加給你們 All these things will be added to you 馬太Mt. 6:11-13; 33b 我們日用的飲食，今日賜給我們 Give us today our daily bread 免我們的債，如同我們免了人的債 And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. 不叫我們遇見試探；救我們脫離兇惡 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one

III 禱告的結束 The conclusion 馬太Mt. 6:13 1. 將榮耀歸給神 Give glory to God 因為國度權柄榮耀全是你的直到永遠 For yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever 2. 奉主名求 – In the name of the Lord 阿們 Amen

10 三 在工作失望中仍然感謝讚美神 Give thanks and praise to God amid disappointment
馬太福音Matthew 11:20-26;18:3,4 I 感嘆不悔改鄉城(哥拉汛 , 伯賽大 , 迦百農 )﹐將受審判 Laments that the non-repenting towns(Chorazin, Bethsaida , Capernaum) will be judged.

II 因神的美意本是如此 For this is what God was pleased to do. 馬太Mt. 11:25,26 那時，耶穌說：父阿，天地的主，我 感 謝你！因為你將這些事向聰明通達人就藏起 來，向嬰孩就顯出來父阿，是的，因為你的美意本是如此。At that time Jesus said, “I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children. Yes, Father, for this is what you were pleased to do.

希伯來書Hebrews 5:7-9 基督在肉體的時候，既大聲哀哭，流淚禱告，懇求那能救他免死的主，就因他的虔誠蒙了應允。他雖然為兒子，還是因所受的苦難學了順從。他既得以完全，就為凡順從他的人成了永遠得救的根源、During the days of Jesus’ life on earth, he offered up prayers and petitions with fervent cries and tears to the one who could save him from death, and he was heard because of his reverent submission. Son though he was, he learned obedience from what he suffered and, once made perfect, he became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey him.

I 在客西馬尼園In Garden of Gethsemane 馬太福音Matthew 26:39 他就稍往前走，俯伏在地，禱告說：我父阿，倘若可行，求你叫這杯離開我。然而，不要照我的意思，只要照你的意思。 Going a little farther, he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, “My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will.”

II 在各各他山上 On Mount Calvary 路加福音Luke 23:34 當下耶穌說：父阿！赦免他們；因為他們所做的，他們不曉得。Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.” 馬太福音Matthew 27:46 約在申初，耶穌大聲喊著說：以利！以利！拉馬撒巴各大尼？就是說：我的神！我的神！為甚麼離棄我？ About three in the afternoon Jesus cried out in a loud voice, “Eli, Eli,lema sabachthani?” (which means “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?”).

II 在各各他山上 On Mount Calvary 約翰福音John 19:30 耶穌嘗（原文作受）了那醋，就說：成了！便低下頭，將靈魂交付神了。When he had received the drink, Jesus said, “It is finished.” With that, he bowed his head and gave up his spirit. 路加福音Luke 23:46 耶穌大聲喊著說：父阿！我將我的靈魂交在你手裡。說了這話，氣就斷了。Jesus called out with a loud voice, “Father, into your hands I commit my spirit.” When he had said this, he breathed his last.

16 希伯來書 Hebrews 4:14-16 我們既然有一位已經升入高天尊榮的大祭司，就是神的兒子耶穌，便當持定所承認的道。因我們的大祭司並非不能體恤我們的軟弱。他也曾凡事受過試探，與我們一樣，只是他沒有犯罪。所以，我們只管坦然無懼的來到施恩的寶座前，為要得憐恤，蒙恩惠，作隨時的幫助。Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has ascended into heaven, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet he did not sin. Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.
