17 Summary in Chinese 中国传统中医有两千多年的历史，很神奇也很有效，但是 往往不被外国人理解。中医的诊断方法主要是望、闻、问、切。“望”就是看病人的外表，包括气色、舌像等。中医认为，表症是内部症状的反应。“闻”包括听病人的声音及嗅病人的呼吸。 “问”就是医生在“望”“闻“时询问有关病情的问题。

18 但是 “望”和“闻”都是在医生“问”的时候就完成了，所以病人毫无察觉。“切”就是把脉，目的是看看病人的血液循环是否正常。经过上述完整而仔细的检查后，医生就会得出诊断结果。并根据病情开药。
一位有经验的中医诊断时就像是一部电脑，他收集所有的信息，分析信息，然后找出病症和病因。因此有句俗话说“病人开口之前，医生已经知道病情。”

19 中医治疗和用药方法渊远流长，尤其得到慢性病患者、体弱者、妇女和老年 人欢迎。中医理论很多，其中经典的理论有 “阴阳”之说，“五行 ”之说，和“经络”之说，这些理论从古至今一直指导中医实践。阴阳理论认为，世界万事万物都由正反两方面构成，正即“阳”，反即 “阴”。如果我们人体阴阳平衡，就身体健康，如果阴阳失衡，各种毛病就出来了。

20 中医开药时一般会开草药或中成药。草药疗效好且快，但是要耗时煎药，而且药十分苦；而且每天要喝两大碗，往往连续服用几天。因为怕麻烦，很多病人都选择中成药。
