定義：針對pharynx and esophagus的常用 放射線攝影檢查 目的：檢查pharynx and esophagus在吞嚥 時的形狀與功能 禁忌症：是否對BaSO4 or water-soluble contrast medium過敏

Barium sulfate（Barium）

12 Barium BaSO4（salt of barium） Thin barium（600g BaSO4＋600g water）
→Gastrointestinal tract Thick barium（2400g BaSO4＋600g water） → Pharynx and esophagus

13 可疑有先天性食道狹窄、食道穿孔或硫酸鋇混和液有流入腹膜腔內的可能性，就不能使用硫酸鋇，可以使用水溶性含碘造影劑（water-soluble iodinated contrast medium）。
