7 範例：學年雙人房志願齋申請頁面 若為由填寫志願齋入口進入，請在此處由左至右選擇第一志願至第三志願

8 請務必閱讀住宿法規重點摘要，且點選2處我已閱讀才能送出申請資料

9 申請完成後，系統會自動寄發E-mail至所填寫信箱，也可至首頁申請名單中查詢 標示1處為繼續申請其他項目 標示2處為回首頁查詢申請名單
