哈尔滨工业大学材料科学与工程学科 第十届研究生模拟国际学术会议(2015) 管材充液剪切弯曲成形规律研究 SHEAR HYDRO-BENDING OF TUBES 材料加工工程学科王勇博士,苑世剑教授 研究背景/ Objective 针对传统工艺无法制造相对弯曲半径小于0.5的铝合金和钛合金小弯曲半径整体弯管,提出了管材充液剪切弯曲方法,其变形方式由传统的外拉内压变为剪切变形,可以在室温下实现小弯曲半径弯管的整体成形。通过实验研究和数值模拟,对5A02铝合金和TA18钛合金管材充液剪切弯曲进行了系统的研究,为工业应用提供了理论指导。 主要创新成果/Innovative Results或研究思路/ Research ideas 1.提出了管材充液剪切弯曲成形的新方法,以剪切变形机制取代常规的拉压变形机制,实现了小弯曲半径弯管的成形,5A02铝合金和TA18钛合金弯管相对弯曲半径分别达到0.08和0.37。(Fig.1) 2.揭示了内压和进给比对5A02铝合金管材充液剪切弯曲成形的影响规律,建立了充液剪切弯曲的成形窗口,进给比为0.9~1.2,内压为2~7ps。(Fig.2) 3.揭示了充液剪切弯曲变形对5A02铝合金微观组织的影响规律,剪切变形对铝合金晶粒细化效果明显,剪切区晶粒尺寸减小了86.8%,达到1.46um。(Fig.3) Fig.2 Process window of shear hydro-bending 5A02 aluminum alloy tubes TA18 titanium alloy tube Fig.1 Shear hydro-bending tubes Fig.3 Microstructure of shear zone 代表性文章/Publications == Yong Wang, Cong Han, Shi-jian Yuan.
