A 50 years old male patient came to our OM Dept. for generalized ulceration over his mouth. Intraoral examination revealed ragged erosion over his palate, bilateral buccal mucosa, and labial mucosa. A bulla was induced over his arm when firm lateral pressure exerted. An incisional biopsy over his left buccal mucosa was performed for diagnosis.

A 60 years old female was suffered from painful sensation over her bilateral buccal mucosa for 5 days. In intraoral examination, erosive lesion with peripheral interlacing white lines over bilateral buccal mucosa were seen. An incisional biopsy was performed for diagnosis.
