2 (I.) Introduction *Opinions about using MSN at the office are divided.
(A) useful tool  employees are more productive 有用的工具　　員工更有效率／（生產更多的產品product）　 (B) distraction  employees chat with their friends, NOT work 使分心的東西　　員工跟朋友閒 聊，不工作。

3 (II.) First Paragraph (Shannon 與其經理都同意公司的員工使用MSN)
*helps us do our work 在工作方面協助我們 *contacting someone by MSN or Skype is faster than by 透過MSN或是Skype連絡某人必傳電子郵件更快。 eg. Hold meetings with branch office in Japan on Skype 透過Skype，跟日本分公司開會 *Ok chat with friends, if not distract from work 如果不會使得他們分心，可以跟朋友聊一下。

(Brandon 與其經理都不同意公司的員工使用MSN) 經理的觀點　 *does not allow employees to use MSN 不允許員工使用ＭＳＮ *because employees will spend a lot of time chatting with friends/ NOT work!　 員工花很多時間跟朋友在ＭＳＮ聊天／不工作
