3 I/O PAD使用說明 先將所提供的0.35m 1P4M製程PAD的Library路徑加入自己的Library裡，使其能夠顯示在Library manager以便使用。 意即：用Library Manager視窗將下列路徑全部copy至自己的Library => /usr4/grad90/simon/work035/iopad ,並且copy my library => /usr4/grad90/simon/work035/yoyo 其中pure_iopad_035這個cell是完整乾淨的Pad，同學只需將自己設計的電路放進這個cell即可 2002/10/28

5 IO Pad使用注意事項 (1) 個人設計中Cell之名稱(cell-name)不得與TSMC所提供之任一Pad Cell名稱相同。
Ex: TSMC所提供之Pad Library中有名稱為’pad’的cell Prohibitted 2002/10/28

6 IO Pad使用注意事項 (2) Use “Instance”, not “Copy” as possible. It will lose
something!! 2002/10/28

Just connect to the edge of pad. 2002/10/28

14 PAD Cell Replacement 若要更換成不同的PAD，則在layout view上用mouse點選欲更換之PAD，再 Edit  Properties… 輸入要更換之Cell名稱，Click OK。 2002/10/28

17 Deliver documents 有關TSMC 所提供的0.35m I/O PAD詳細文件，放在/usr4/grad90/simon/tapeout/Tapeout_Doc裡，請同學將資料夾用FTP軟體自行下載。 晶片申請製作範例填寫說明，同時還需繳交申請報告，內容需包括： 原理及架構說明 設計流程 電路詳圖 模擬結果 預計規格列表 測試考量 2002/10/28
