4 中六畢業生人口持續下跌，立法會秘書處新一份《數據透視》列出2013年至2022年教資會八大資助大學首年學士課程學額需求情況。文件指，第一年資助學士學位課程學額，多年來一直維持15,000個，未能滿足中學畢業生的需求，然而情況已漸見緩和，預計在2022年短缺學額收窄至2,200個，主因是香港的出生率低，令中學生人數持續下降。

14 Misconception Visual Arts requires a lot of time in preparing for portfolio or SBA. Every subject requests time for study, Visual Arts is the same as others and we have two years to prepare for the SBA which weighting 50% of HKDSE Visual Arts public examination. Students need to manage their time wisely in order to cope with different needs of subject nature. After developing their SBA artworks and portfolio, students can make use of it for different Hong Kong and Overseas university application and interview. (Especially for art, creative industry and design related majors, such as Fine Art, Product/ Communication /Interior /Advertising / Industrial or Fashion Design, Creative Media, Photography and Film Studies, Animation, Urban planning, and Architecture...etc.)
