Pastor Chang,  Time flies, it has been almost 2 months since we last met. We’ve decided to market the 2 Wrigley building for sale in the coming weeks. The church’s lease is coming up in July, From a business perspective, I think there are a few potential scenarios for the ground floor spaces in the event the building is sold to a new owner. The new owner may decide to: Negotiate a renewal of the lease with church at a rate closer to the current market rent, or Negotiate a month to month lease with the church while they will look for a new tenant and allowing the time for the church to relocate, or Terminate the lease with church and use the spaces as an owner user.

I don’t have any projection on the marketing timeframe needed, but our preference is to have the transaction consummated at beginning of I will do my best to be sensitive in the arrangement to give the church as much flexibility as possible. You eat, but never have enough. You drink, but never have your fill. You put on clothes, but are not warm. You earn wages, only to put them in a purse with holes in it."

17 哈該書 Haggai 1:1-10 9你們盼望多得，所得的卻少；你們收到家中，我就吹去。 這是為甚麼呢？因為我的殿荒涼，你們各人卻顧（顧原文 作奔）自己的房屋。這是萬軍之耶和華說的。10所以為你們 的緣故，天就不降甘露，地也不出土產。 9"You expected much, but see, it turned out to be little. What you brought home, I blew away. Why?" declares the LORD Almighty. "Because of my house, which remains a ruin, while each of you is busy with his own house. 10Therefore, because of you the heavens have withheld their dew and the earth its crops.

18 哈該書 Haggai 2:18-19 18你們要追想此日以前，就是從這九月二十四日起，追想 到立耶和華殿根基的日子。19倉裡有穀種麼？葡萄樹、無 花果樹、石榴樹、橄欖樹都沒有結果子。從今日起，我 必賜福與你們。 18'From this day on, from this twenty-fourth day of the ninth month, give careful thought to the day when the foundation of the Lord's temple was laid. Give careful thought: 19Is there yet any seed left in the barn? Until now, the vine and the fig tree, the pomegranate and the olive tree have not borne fruit. "'From this day on I will bless you.'"
