On top of the usual stipulated committees, it has Risk Committee and Capital Works Committee which is unique. Do not take the word “profit” as an evil word. Profit maintains service standards. If loss was incurred, employees would suffer and fare would rise. Compared to other jurisdictions, the breakdown rate and cost of operation are low, which reflect operational efficiency.
