2 What is cardinal numbers?
是表示目的的词，简单来说我们用基数词来数数，表示单位个数，数目；基数词有1,2,3,4… one two three four…

3 在基数词中，表示几百，几千等时，英文中的“百，千，百万”等后不加s。如:300写成 “three hundred”

7 数字读法： 英语数字中读法是三位一分，只有百，千，百万，十亿，万亿，而且在写较大的数字时，一般在百位和十位中间加“and”.
如34,567读成 “thirty-four thousand, five hundred and sixty-seven”

8 What is ordinal numbers?
简单来说是用来表示顺序，有“第几”之意，如: 第一; 第二；第三… the first; the second; the third… 序数词的构成一般是在基数词的后面加上“th”,但也有例外的，如first, second and third.

16 Language points 1. Multiply 7 by 8 “7乘以8”, 其中multiply是及物动词
2. “7 multiplied by 8 is 56”中，is是谓语动词；multiplied在这里是过去分词表被动

17 Tips 1.我们把数看成一个整体，所以在进行数字运算得出结果时，谓语动词用单数is/equals（等于）
2. 下列选项能正确表达“11+1=12 ” A: “11 add 1 is 12.” B：“11 plus 1 equals 12.” 因为add 和is 都是动词；plus是介词
