8 設定MOTOR速度 使用說明書上的設定~ Min Frequency=1000 Max Frequency=36000
Ramp Time=3000 NOVRAM(開機)的設定~ Ramp Time=2000 開機後一定要手動更正為~原因:轉太快或加速太快馬達都會卡住 Max Frequency=18000

11 CALIBRATION Counter上的刻度(單位為Angstrom)即是對應的光譜位置 .
由於500M不具有Auto Calibration功能 , 所以每次重開機都 要手動進行校正 , 也就是把 Counter的讀數輸入電腦 . 每次 開機只需進行一次這個動作 . 使用的軟體及步驟如下:

17 Setup the GPIB address of MSD2 (JY/SPEX 500M controller)
MSD2 (JY/SPEX 500M 光譜儀控制器) 如果斷電太久，其NOVRAM 記憶體設定之GPIB電腦介面位址會因而流失，造成原設定值(=3)消失而跳到其他非為控制程式所認知的數值(例如：14)，將會造成實驗室 LabView 自動控制程式無法讓 JY/SPEX 500M 光譜儀正常工作，解決此問題必須重新將MSD2的GPIB Address 重新設定成控制程式內定之GPIB值(=3)，本文將針對MSD2的GPIB Address設定方法，逐步介紹 .
