A1 = ACN - A2 Based on the nucleus-nucleus potential with the Skyrme energy-density functional, the driving potential of the fissile system is studied considering the deformations of nuclei.

Evaporation neutrons before fission; The energy dependence of the driving potential can not obtain considering the deformations of nuclei; Information is extracted from the fission cross section;

Part III: conclusion 提出了简单的裂变势及其裂变碎片发射中子前的质量分布形式，参数较少，可通过微观方法或系统学方法确定； 低能情况下，基于核-核驱动势计算出中子诱发锕系核裂变初始碎片质量分布轻重峰位置，给出质量分布的峰谷随能量的系统学依赖关系，计算结果与实验值较好符合。 中能情况下，考虑了裂变前蒸发中子数随能量的依赖关系，在一定程度上给出了质量分布与入射中子能量的依赖关系。
