2 Foreword 現象：全世界糧食生產量攀升，但飢餓的人口卻 同樣在增加。
面對：從1996年世界糧食高峰會提出人人有足夠 食物的權利之後，全世界的飢餓和營養不良的人 口，仍是持續增加。 原因：我們焦點只放在增加糧食的供應量，而忽 視糧食生產變動的傷害與對環境長期的衝擊。

3 五個創新 了解複雜的農業體系 重新評估農業發展計畫 支持人與環境的機構 夥伴治理(governance)
政策改革(policy reform)

4 六項新評價項目 促進生物多樣性(biodiversity) 自然的限制下，運作 問題根本的化解 改善土壤的品質與生產力 維持創新的能力
Favor (自我持續地化解之道) self-sustaining solutions.

5 農業生態的 (Agro-ecological)途徑
from the 20th century tendency to reduce nature to its separate elements. Instead, they recognize the complexity of food production. They see the plant in relation to ecosystems(生態體系). They reward the inventiveness(智能) of farmers. Agroecology is generally characterized by a low use of external inputs(外部輸入), limiting dependence on high-priced fertilizers(肥料) and pesticides(農藥).

6 改善土壤肥沃力與生產力 Research suggests that it will take 5-10 years of focused, intensive effort in most regions of Africa to increase soil organic matter levels enough to markedly increase water intake and holding capacity as well as soil fertility levels. 生態農業，可持續發展，幸福的轉型，需要3至 5年時間。

生產 生態環境 社會經濟 勞工密集，創造工作機會 分散多元，小農培力， 整合創新 在地生產，技術，經濟 生態保育與身心健康
