1.試用軟體下載 軟體網址:http://www.quantumwise.com/
進入網頁後點選tutorial後,申請free-trial Trial license填寫基本資料後,網站人員會mail回覆,即可取得下載軟體的網頁及資料

2.安裝並啟動 點選開始 程式集 QuantumWise Atomistix ToolKit 10.8.1
Virtual Nanolab

出現VNL Main Window,如圖

點選DATABASE,如圖紅框

在搜尋列中打入Silicon,要注意這裡要打入元素全名,若打入簡寫是找不到的
選取後按下右下方的Script Generator

按兩下點選New Calculator,即會在右邊欄位出現,另外一樣按兩下Analysis後選取Bandstructure和DensityOfStates

接著在右邊欄位的New Calculator按兩下,會跳出下面視窗, 然後修改na, nb, and nc 為4
接著在右邊欄位的New Calculator按兩下,會跳出下面視窗, 然後修改na, nb, and nc 為4.modify the number of k-points that will be used in the calculation

回到Script Generator的視窗,按下右下角的Job Manager

跳出Job Manager視窗後,按下Process Queue

跳出Log視窗,等它算完吧,完畢後按下File的Save,回到主視窗

按下左邊的analysis.nc,右邊會出現編號,按下下面的show吧
