Reseller CSP ASP HALP Partners Association Users can click “associate to a partner” in “My Space” to enter the PRM account or the company ID of the partner. Registration It only takes you 1 minute to fill in personal information and register. Management The partner admin can check the users having been processed or cancel the association in “My Space”. Support-E allows channel partners to grant access to their own engineers. Partner engineers who apply for “association” and get approved will have the access of partner engineers. It manages user information based on the unique Web ID of user or what we call “One person one ID”. Log in to Support-E You can log in to Support-E with an Support-E account (i.e. a Uniportal account). Before logging in user only has access to a few contents on the website. More contents such as SW, documents and training materials are available to registered and logged in users. Some content is only accessible to users with an enhanced privilege by association. Register It only takes you one minute to open an account if you don’t have one. (Registration for an account of Huawei systems is always done at Huawei Uniportal. That means you open a basic account on Uniportal and other systems assign privilege to the basic account and enhance it additionally.)

Page 16 Huawei Confidential The relationship and difference between partner engineer account and partner admin account Every Support-E user has a unique account. 1 : Partner admin account Each partner can apply for one admin account who approves the request of association of its own engineers and enhance their privilege. The way of applying for an admin account: Send an email to Support_e@huawei.com.Support_e@huawei.com Attachment: Account Application Form: 2 : Partner engineer account Partner engineer can apply for association to a partner in My Space after opening a basic account. Once the admin account approves the application, the partner engineer gets the partner engineer privilege. 3 : Commonality and difference between the two They have the same privilege for content on the website. In addition to that, admin account can approve the association request made by engineers of its company. In future releases, admin account will have more privilege than engineer account, such as commercial management and contract management among others.
