2 Daniel 但以理書 3:8-15 那時，有幾個迦勒底人 進前來控告猶大人。 他 們對尼布甲尼撒王說： 「願王萬歲！ 王啊，你 曾降旨說，凡聽見角、 笛、琵琶、琴、瑟、笙 和各樣樂器聲音的都當 俯伏敬拜金像， 凡不俯 伏敬拜的，必扔在烈火 的窯中現在有幾個猶大 人，就是王所派管理巴 比倫省事務的沙得拉、 米煞、亞伯尼歌， Therefore at that time certain Chaldeans came forward and maliciously accused the Jews… “O king...You, have made a decree, that every man who hears the sound of the horn, pipe, lyre, trigon, harp, bagpipe, and every kind of music, shall fall down and worship the golden image. And whoever does not fall down and worship shall be cast into a burning fiery furnace. There are certain Jews whom you have appointed over the affairs of the province of Babylon: Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego.

3 These men, O king, pay no attention to you; they do not serve your gods or worship the golden image that you have set up.” Then Nebuchadnezzar in furious rage commanded that Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego be brought…and said to them, “Is it true… that you do not serve my gods or worship the golden image that I have set up? Now if you are ready when you hear the sound of… every kind of music, to fall down and worship the image… well and good. But if you do not worship, you shall immediately be cast into a burning fiery furnace. And who is the god who will deliver you out of my hands?” 王啊，這些人不理你，不侍 奉你的神，也不敬拜你所立 的金像。」當時尼布甲尼撒 沖沖大怒，吩咐人把沙得拉、 米煞、亞伯尼歌帶過來…問 他們說:「你們不侍奉我的神， 也不敬拜我所立的金像，是 故意的嗎？ 你們再聽見…各 樣樂器的聲音，若俯伏敬拜 我所造的像，卻還可以，若 不敬拜，必立時扔在烈火的 窯中。有何神能救你們脫離 我手呢？」

9 16 Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego answered and said to the king, “O Nebuchadnezzar, we have no need to answer you in this matter. 17 If this be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of your hand, O king. 18 But if not, be it known to you, O king, that we will not serve your gods or worship the golden image that you have set up.” 16 沙得拉、米煞、亞伯尼 歌對王說：「尼布甲尼撒 啊，這件事我們不必回答 你。 17 即便如此，我們所 侍奉的神能將我們從烈火 的窯中救出來。王啊，他 也必救我們脫離你的手。 18 即或不然，王啊，你當 知道：我們決不侍奉你的 神，也不敬拜你所立的金 像！」

NIV, NASB 18 But even if He does not, we want you to know, Your Majesty, that we will not serve your gods or worship the image of gold you have set up. 18 即或不然(他不救我們), 王啊，你當知道：我們決不侍奉你的神，也不敬拜你所立 的金像！

13 23 And these three men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, fell bound into the burning fiery furnace. 24 Then King Nebuchadnezzar was astonished and rose up in haste. He declared to his counselors, “Did we not cast three men bound into the fire?” They answered and said to the king, “True, O king.” 25 He answered and said, “But I see four men unbound, walking in the midst of the fire, and they are not hurt; and the appearance of the fourth is like a son of the gods.” 23 沙得拉、米煞、亞伯尼 歌這三個人都被捆著落在 烈火的窯中。24 那時，尼 布甲尼撒王驚奇，急忙起 來，對謀士說：「我們捆 起來扔在火裡的不是三個 人嗎？」他們回答王說： 「王啊，是。」 25 王說： 「看哪！我見有四個人， 並沒有捆綁，在火中遊行， 也沒有受傷，那第四個的 相貌好像神子。」
