A company must be flexible enough to react. Is a long-term challenge when attempting to change the way customers perceive their brands. Example: Amazon.com Originally Amazon was positioned as “the world’s largest bookstore”. Today it promises the “Earth’s biggest selection” of a variety of products from music to electronics and more.
