Current Progress 项目进程: Strengthening Environmental Governance in Small Coal Mining Industry in Shaan Xi Province, China 加强陕西省小煤矿环境管理机制 Current Progress 项目进程: The grant contract was signed on 2 September 2012. 于2012年9月2日正式签订拨款合同； A project kick-off meeting was held in Beijing and Xi’an on 14th to 16th November 2012 and agreed project action strategy, work plan and budget with Chinese partner and associate. 项目启动会议于2012年11月14-16日分别在北京和西安召开，并与中国合作及协作伙伴就项目执行、工作计划及预算达成共识； Currently undertaking research and will organize the capacity building diagnose workshop on 10th April 2013; 正在进行项目调研，并将于2013年4月10日举办能力建设调研会； In the process of developing a set of environmental standard, pollution prevention guidance and instruments to be disseminated; 正在开发一系列环境标准、污染防治指南及其推广与传播； In the process of developing project website. 项目网站正在建设中。
