二、运动营养食品定义 Definition of sports nutrition food 为满足运动人群（指每周参加体育锻炼3次及以上、每次持续时间30分钟及以上、每次运动强度达到中等及以上的人群）的生理代谢状态、运动能力及对某些营养成分的特殊需求而专门加工的食品。 A food processed specially to meet the physiological metabolic state, sports ability and special needs of certain nutrients for the sports population(3 times and above per week to take part in physical exercise, 30 minutes and above per time, each exercise intensity reach the middle and above).
