Rank職級 Starts at Certificate Master/Mistress (CM) grade CM 起薪點 – 點14 $21,175 to $34,220 monthly AM 起薪點 – 點25 $35,785 to $43,010 monthly GM 起薪點 – 點15 $22,240 to $51,670 monthly (2011年4月1日生效 -- 官立、資助學校教師薪級表) Follow the usual promotion ladder as teachers. Service as a school librarian is equivalent to teaching experience for promotion purposes. 圖書館主任的晉升年資與教師看齊 If promoted, takes extra jobs such as Discipline Master, Director of Students Affairs, Deputy Head, to be equivalent to the workload of the promoted rank. 晉升條件為能兼任校內更多職務，如訓導主任、學務主任、副校長等
