墨爾本教區允許我們購買自己的團體中心嗎? Does Catholic Archdiocese of Melbourne allow the purchase our own community centre?

擁有權 Ownership 如成功購買團體中心，團體將會有中心的法定擁有權。 If we successfully purchase our own community centre, the community will have legal ownership of the centre.

擁有權 Ownership 如果將來團體破產 ， 教區會接收團體中心和支付任何未償還貸款 。 If the community goes bankrupt in the future, the Archdiocese will take ownership of the centre and pay any outstanding loan.

選購條件 Criteria 地點 Location 土地面積 Land area Location: convenient and not too far from current (ie. OLPS). Land area: allow us to build a centre that can accommodate both Cantonese and Mandarin group.
