教區口頭通知了李神父可以, 委員會目前正在向教區取得書面確認。 The Archdiocese verbally advised Fr Li that we can. The ExCo is currently trying to obtain a written confirmation.

擁有權 Ownership 如成功購買團體中心,團體將會有中心的法定擁有權。 If we successfully purchase our own community centre, the community will have legal ownership of the centre.

擁有權 Ownership 如果將來團體破產 , 教區會接收團體中心和支付任何未償還貸款 。 If the community goes bankrupt in the future, the Archdiocese will take ownership of the centre and pay any outstanding loan.

選購條件 Criteria 地點 Location 土地面積 Land area Location: convenient and not too far from current (ie. OLPS). Land area: allow us to build a centre that can accommodate both Cantonese and Mandarin group.
