賽Isaiah40:28-31 你豈不曾知道嗎？你豈不曾聽見嗎？永在的 神耶和華，創造地極的主，並不疲乏，也不困倦；他的智慧無法測度。疲乏的，他賜能力；軟弱的，他加力量。就是少年人也要疲乏困倦,強壯的也必全然跌倒。但那等候耶和華的必重新得力。他們必如鷹展翅上騰；他們奔跑卻不困倦，行走卻不疲乏。
認識神的無限 Knowing the Infinite God 你豈不曾知道嗎？你豈不曾聽見嗎? 永在的 神耶和華，創造地極的主， 並不疲乏，也不困倦；他的智慧無 法測度。 Have you not known? Have you not heard? The Everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable.
認識神的無限 Knowing the Infinite God 時間在他手中-神是自有永有He holds the time--God is “I am” 生命在他手中--神說有就有，命立就立He holds the life--God ordained and things come into existence。 智慧在他手中--神無所不知，無所不在，無所不能 He holds the wisdom--God is omniscient, omnipresent, and omnipotent
承認己的有限 Acknowledging the Finite Self 疲乏的，他賜能力；軟弱的，他 加力量。就是少年人也要疲乏困 倦,強壯的也必全然跌倒。 He gives power to the weak, and to those who have no might He increases strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall,
承認己的有限 Acknowledging the Finite Self 你能使壽數加多一刻麽？神卻能叫你活到永遠 Prolong your life an ounce, but God can give you eternal life. 你能使身體停止老化麽？神卻能叫死人復活 Stop your body from aging, but God can raise the dead 你能使假花發出香味麽？神卻已經創造萬有 Make artificial flowers fragrant, but God has created all the universe.
放下一切憂慮 Laying down all worries 因為那進入安息的，乃是歇了自己的 工，正如 神歇了他的工一樣。所以， 我們務必竭力進入那安息… For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His. Let us therefore be diligent to enter that rest….. (來Hebrew 4:10)
進入主的安息 Entering into the Lord’s rest 但那等候耶和華的必重新得力。他 們必如鷹展翅上騰；他們奔跑卻不 困倦，行走卻不疲乏。 But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like Eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they Shall walk and not faint.
