經文：約8:12-30 (John 8:12-30) 8:12耶穌又對眾人說：「我是世界的光。跟從我的，就不在黑暗裡走，必要得著生命的光。」 8:13法利賽人對他說：「你是為自己作見證，你的見證不真。」

8:14耶穌說：「我雖然為自己作見證，我的見證還是真的；因我知道我從哪裡來，往哪裡去；你們卻不知道我從哪裡來，往哪裡去。 8:15你們是以外貌判斷人，我卻不判斷人。

8:16就是判斷人，我的判斷也是真的；因為不是我獨自在這裡，還有差我來的父與我同在 8:17你們的律法上也記著說：『兩個人的見證是真的。』

8:18我是為自己作見證，還有差我來的父也是為我作見證。」 8:19他們就問他說：「你的父在哪裡？」耶穌回答說：「你們不認識我，也不認識我的父；若是認識我，也就認識我的父。」

8:20這些話是耶穌在殿裡的庫房、教訓人時所說的，也沒有人拿他，因為他的時候還沒有到。 8:21耶穌又對他們說：「我要去了，你們要找我，並且你們要死在罪中。我所去的地方，你們不能到。」

8:22猶太人說：「他說『我所去的地方，你們不能到』，難道他要自盡嗎？」 8:23耶穌對他們說：「你們是從下頭來的，我是從上頭來的；你們是屬這世界的，我不是屬這世界的。

8:24所以我對你們說，你們要死在罪中。你們若不信我是基督，必要死在罪中。」 8:25他們就問他說：「你是誰？」耶穌對他們說：「就是我從起初所告訴你們的。

8:26我有許多事講論你們，判斷你們；但那差我來的是真的，我在他那裡所聽見的，我就傳給世人。」 8:27他們不明白耶穌是指著父說的。

8:28所以耶穌說：「你們舉起人子以後，必知道我是基督，並且知道我沒有一件事是憑著自己做的。我說這些話乃是照著父所教訓我的。

8:29那差我來的是與我同在；他沒有撇下我獨自在這裡，因為我常做他所喜悅的事。」 8:30耶穌說這話的時候，就有許多人信他。

【住棚節的意義】(Meaning of the Feast of Tabernacle) 【利未記】(Leviticus ) 23:41每年七月間，要向耶和華守這節七日。這為你們世世代代永遠的定例。

23:42 你們要住在棚裡七日；凡以色列家的人都要住在棚裡， 23:43 好叫你們世世代代知道，我領以色列人出埃及地的時候曾使他們住在棚裡。我是耶和華─你們的神。」

【出埃及記】(Exodus 40) 40:38日間，耶和華的雲彩是在帳幕以上；夜間，雲中有火，在以色列全家的眼前。在他們所行的路上都是這樣。

Exodus 40:38 For the cloud of the Lord was on the tabernacle by day, and fire was in it by night, in the sight of all the house of Israel throughout all their journeys.

一. 世界的光的涵意(Implication of the Light) 8:12耶穌又對眾人說：「我是世界的光。跟從我的，就不在黑暗裡走，必要得著生命的光。」 Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

耶穌是我們的引導 (He Is Our Guide) 出40:38 (Exodus 40:38)

約8:23耶穌對他們說：「你們是從下頭來的，我是從上頭來的；你們是屬這世界的，我不是屬這世界的。」 He said to them, “You are from below; I am from above. You are of this world; I am not of this world.

【當局者迷，旁觀者清】 Generally , for matters under heaven, those closely involved cannot see as clearly as those outside.

【羅馬書】 8:14因為凡被神的靈引導的，都是神的兒子。 For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God.

8:15你們所受的，不是奴僕的心，仍舊害怕；所受的，乃是兒子的心，因此我們呼叫：「阿爸！父！」 For you did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption as sons, by whom we cry, “Abba! Father!”

3:5你要專心仰賴耶和華，不可倚靠自己的聰明， 【箴言】 3:5你要專心仰賴耶和華，不可倚靠自己的聰明， Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding.

3:6在你一切所行的事上都要認定他，他必指引你的路。 In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.

二. 為何耶穌是世界的光(Why He is the Light ?) 8:14耶穌說：「我雖然為自己作見證，我的見證還是真的；因我知道我從哪裡來，往哪裡去； Jesus answered, “Even if I do bear witness about myself, my testimony is true, for I know where I came from and where I am going,

你們卻不知道我從哪裡來，往哪裡去。 but you do not know where I come from or where I am going. 8:18我是為自己作見證，還有差我來的父也是為我作見證。」 8:18 I am the one who bears witness about myself, and the Father who sent me bears witness about me.”

8:23耶穌對他們說：「你們是從下頭來的，我是從上頭來的；你們是屬這世界的，我不是屬這世界的。 8:23 He said to them, “You are from below; I am from above. You are of this world; I am not of this world.

8:25他們就問他說：「你是誰？」耶穌對他們說：「就是我從起初所告訴你們的。 8:25 So they said to him, “Who are you?” Jesus said to them, “Just what I have been telling you from the beginning.

路易斯 (C.S. Lewis, Mere Christianity) 我們不能只說耶穌是一個偉大的道德家與教師 We can not just say Jesus is a great moral teacher……

“我常聽到人們這樣說：「我願意接受耶穌是一個偉大的道德家、教師，但我不能接受他宣告自己是神。」但這種說法是不對的。如果耶穌只是人，那按他所說的話，他不可能是偉大的道德家，他要不是精神失常的瘋子，就是行邪術的魔鬼騙子。”

三. 怎樣得到這光(How to get this Light) 8:12耶穌又對眾人說：「我是世界的光。跟從我的，就不在黑暗裡走，必要得著生命的光。」

John 8:12 Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

效法他，做主工 (Do the things he did.) 1. 甚麼叫跟從耶穌？ (What is Following Jesus?) 信他是神 (Believe in Him) 效法他，做主工 (Do the things he did.) 還要注視他在十字架上的榮光 (You must behold his glory on the cross.)

約8:28所以耶穌說：「你們舉起人子以後，必知道我是基督，並且知道我沒有一件事是憑著自己做的。我說這些話乃是照著父所教訓我的。

John 8:28 So Jesus said to them, “When you have lifted up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am he, and that I do nothing on my own authority, but speak just as the Father taught me.

【約翰福音】 John 12:31-33 12:31現在這世界受審判，這世界的王要被趕出去。 12:32我若從地上被舉起來，就要吸引萬人來歸我。」 12:33耶穌這話原是指著自己將要怎樣死說的。

【跟隨耶穌必須看他的光，光必須是你的食物】 To Follow Christ, He Must Be Your Food.

林後3:18 我們眾人既然敞著臉得以看見主的榮光，好像從鏡子裡返照，就變成主的形狀，榮上加榮，如同從主的靈變成的。

2 Cor. 3:18 And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. For this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit.

【跟隨耶穌你必須被他吸引】 約一4:19 我們愛，因為神先愛我們。 (To Follow Christ, You have to be attracted by Him.) 約一4:19 我們愛，因為神先愛我們。 (We love, because God love us first.)

2. 跟隨耶穌的記號(Signs of Following Christ) 行他的話 (Do his words.) 與他相交(Fellowship with Him.) 越來越喜樂地追求聖潔 (Pursue holiness joyfully.) 胃口改變 (Appetite is changed.)
