本刊特稿 Special Manuscript 《江苏省劳动合同条例（修订草案）》：劳务派遣劳动者人数最高 不得超过本单位从业人员的50% Labor contract regulations of Jiangsu Province（revised draft）：The number of persons to be dispatched should not in the maximum exceed 50% of the employees in this unit. 江苏省第十一届人大常委会第二十八次会议审议《江苏省劳动合同条例（修订草案）》后，决定再次将条例草案想社会征求意见（截止日期为2012年8月18日），并将在江苏省第十一届人大常委会第三十次会议进行二次审议。根据该修订草案： Labor contract regulations of Jiangsu Province（revised draft）, which was examined at the 28th Session of Standing Committee of the 11th People’s Congress of the Jiangsu Province, is now been asking for comments from the public again (the deadline is August 18, 2012). And it will be under the secondary deliberation at the 30th Session of Standing Committee of the 11th People’s Congress of the Jiangsu Province.
