All van / lorry delivery should be through Pacific Place Parking Use Octopus at Pacific Place L4 car park entrance Then, drive to JW Marriott Hotel’s loading area at LG1 Under the “Swire” arrangement, delivery vehicles with valid delivery notes will be entitled to a maximum 30 minutes free parking (except RUSH HOURS), parking exceeds 30 minutes shall be subjected to a charge of HK$50 net per hour per vehicle. (** Delivery vehicles without valid delivery notes will not be entitled any free parking and will be charged at HK$75 net per hour per vehicle.**) In order to claim the complimentary 30 mins parking meter, please approach the SWIRE SECURITY POST inside the parking lot, and check in once again by using the same Octopus As per the notice from “Swire”, please note that free parking will not apply during rush hours i.e.: from 12:30pm to 14:30pm and 17:30pm to 20:00pm. An hourly charge of HK$75 net shall apply for each delivery vehicle. All delivery truck must park at lorry parking spaces which highlighted in yellow color outline with letter “L10 & L11” (Zone: A20). Other parking spaces will not entitle with free parking. Car park headroom: maximum 3M and parking space #L3-5 headroom only 2.6M LG2 parking lot only allows private vehicle parking and mini van will not entertained. 2 service lift are operating from 07:30-01:00 hours daily or as requested. By using the service lift at LG1, you can reach Hotel’s Security Department at LG2. After registration at Hotel’s Security Department, it is allowed to enter Hotel’s area. Please be informed that the dimension of the LG2 corridor and door frame is as follows: Corridor: 7'6" (W) x 6'8" (H) Door Frame: 4'11" (W) x 6'10" (H)
