跑盡當跑的路 Finish the Race 1
前言 Introduction 保羅只有一件事 For Paul: “But one thing I do” (腓立比書 Philippians 3:13,14) 基督徒受浸過河以後,開始跑一個賽程 Christians begin the race after baptism
I) 向著標竿直跑 Press toward the goal (腓立比書 Philippians 3:14) a. 保羅一生受異象控制 Paul’s whole life is controlled by the vision (使徒行傳 26:19; 林前:2:2)
b. 跑的態度 The Way to Run - 忘記背後 Forgetting those things which are behind (腓立比書 Philippians 3:13) - 努力面前的 Reaching forward to those things which are ahead (腓立比書 Philippians 3:13,12)
c. 要得神在基督耶穌裡,從上頭召我來得的 獎賞 For the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus (腓立比書 Philippians 3:14)
2) 奔那擺在前頭的路程 Let us run… the race that is set before us (希伯來書 Hebrews 12:1) (消極的 Negative Aspect): a. 放下各樣重擔 Lay aside every weight (腓立比書 Philippians 4:6-7; 彼前 1 Peter 5:7)
b. 脫去容易纏累的罪 and the sin which so easily ensnares us 一般的罪 Ordinary sins 不信的惡心 The evil heart of unbelief (希伯來書 Hebrews 3:12)
(積極的 Positive Aspect): Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith (希伯來書 Hebrews 12:2)
- 祂忍受十架苦難,坐在神寶座右邊 Who endured the cross, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God (希伯來書 Hebrews 12:2, 8:1)
- 思想祂,免得疲倦灰心 Consider Him…, lest you become weary and discouraged in your souls. (希伯來書 Hebrews 12:3)
3) 跑盡當跑的路 Finish the race (提摩太後 書 2 Timothy 4:7) a. 公義的冠冕為我存留 There is laid up for me the crown of righteousness (提摩太 後書 2 Timothy 4:8) b. 愛慕祂的顯現 Love His appearing (提摩 太後書 2 Timothy 4:8)
結語 Conclusion 趁著還有今日 While it is called “Today” (希伯來書 Hebrews 3:13a, 約翰一書 2:28)
