Assignment First, state clearly the strategy of your company. What is the vision? What are its goals and objectives? What are the key success factors? What is the primary source of competitive advantage? Second, use the star model to analyze the structure and processes, rewards, people and culture. Answer these questions: Are the five components of the Star Model aligned to support the strategy of your firm? (IS NOW) What changes should be made to improve alignment? (SHOULD BE.) Report 2 pages and two diagrams
