GB National standards for food safety “Fermented alcoholic beverages and their integrated alcoholic beverages” GB 食品安全国家标准“发酵酒及其配制酒” Pb/铅: 0.2 mg/kg Sulfur dioxide/二氧化硫:0.25g/L(for wines) 0.40g/L(for sweet wines and fruit wines) Sorbic acid/山梨酸:0.2g/kg D-isoascorbic acid (erythorbic acid)/D-异抗坏血酸: 0.15g/kg L(+)-tartaric acid/L(+)-酒石酸: 4.0g/L Potassium permanganate(As potassium)/高锰酸钾: 2mg/kg Salmonella/沙门氏菌: 0/25 mL Staphylococcus aureus/金黄色葡萄球菌 : 0/25 mL

The Label of the imported wine should comply with the requirements of "General standard for the labeling of prepackaged foods" (GB ) and “fermented alcoholic beverages and their integrated alcoholic beverages” (GB ). 进口葡萄酒标签应符合“预包装食品标签通则” (GB )和“发酵酒及其配制酒”(GB )的要求

11 National standards related to the wine 与葡萄酒有关的国家标准
GB the National Standard “Wine” GB 国家标准“葡萄酒” It has taken effect since Jan.1,2008 as compulsory standard. 作为强制标准与2008年1月1日实施。 The standard covers all processes from grape planting, wine production to its transportation. It gives more precise definition of wine and newly adds the sugar content classification. 标准适用于葡萄种植,葡萄酒酿造及运输,并规定了葡萄酒的精确定义和根据总糖含量的分类。 About the industry common concerned issues of vintage wines, varietal wines, and original wines , the standard also gives definition. And the standard regulates the use of wine additives. 关于行业共同关心的年份葡萄酒,品种葡萄酒和产地葡萄酒,标准给出了定义。标准同时对添加剂的使用进行了规定。 Part of this standard defines the equivalent adopted the international organization for OIV regulations(2003 edition). 标准的部分定义等效采用了OIV法规(2003版)

The degree of alcohol marked on the label and the measured value shall not be more than ±1.0% (%vol). b. When difference between the total sugar and total acid (As tartaric acid) is less than or equal to 2.0 g/L, the total sugar should be up to 9.0 g/L. c. When difference between the total sugar and total acid (As tartaric acid) is less than or equal to 2.0 g/L, the total sugar should be up to 18.0 g/L。 d. The requirement of the total sugar in semi-sparkling wine is the same as in still wine.

Foreword: This standard collects and sorts related foreign terms of imported wine , and theirs expression, intended to prevent wine imports on the domestic market information transmission of confusion and error, to promote the healthy development of the imported wine market.标准收集、整理了进口葡萄酒相关的外来术语,及其中文表述,旨在防止国内市场上进口葡萄酒信息传递的混乱和错误,促进进口葡萄酒市场的健康发展。 Chapter 2:General Terms基本术语 The basic terminology that may occur on the wine label was included in this standard.收录了在葡萄酒标签上可能出现的葡萄酒基本术语。 Chapter 3: Wine Grape Varieties酿酒葡萄品种 Includes the main grape variety name(not including China), country of origin, variety alias and the fruit color. 收录了世界(不包括中国)主要酿酒葡萄品种名称,原产国,品种别名和果实颜色。 Chapter 4: Principal Countries' Wine Regions and Chateaux主要国家葡萄酒产区及酒庄 4.1 Argentina阿根廷 4.2 Australia澳大利亚 4.3 Chile智利 4.4 France法国 4.5 Germany德国 4.6 Italy意大利 4.7 New Zealand新西兰 4.8 Portugal葡萄牙 4.9 South Africa南非 4.10 Spain西班牙 4.11 USA美国 This standard shall implement on September 1, 2015

To meet the need of ensuring product quality and safety at Shanghai port, the testing center is equipped with many large-scale sophisticated instruments. The center occupy an area of 1600 square meters, and the well-arranged and facilitated environment guarantees the quality of lab inspection work. 中心场地面积1600平方米,具有良好的设施和环境,保证检验工作质量满足。 5,469 lots 6,943samples were determined and 27,995 results were reported last year. 去年完成5469批、6943个样品的检测, 出具27995个实验数据。

In January 2011, participate in ochratoxin A in wine proficiency testing by FAPAS, the result is satisfactory. The test result of ochratoxin A is 0.95 µg/kg (the median is 1.23 µg/kg) 2011年1月,中心参加英国FAPAS组织的葡萄酒中赭曲霉毒素A的能力验证,测试结果为满意。测定值为0.95 µg/kg (中位值为1.23 µg/kg)
