3.1 SQS (Supplier Quality Surveillance) As Party 3rd Organization Site Representative, Behalf of Buyer e.g. Owner or EPCM Contractor Inspection (Residential, Ad Hoc Inspection or FAT, Final Inspection); Expedition (Monitoring Production Progress, Inspection; Residential, Ad Hoc); Audit (Factory Audit including Check and Evaluation e.g. Business License, ISO Certificate, Personnel, Facility and Inspection/Testing Instrument, SOP, ITP & Quality Record, EHS & etc.). 3.1 供应商质量监督SQS (检验、催交和工厂审核) 作为第三方机构现场代表，代表买方例如业主单位或者EPCM承包商单位行驶职权  检验 (驻厂检验、临时点对点检验或者工程测试、最终检验等); 催交 (监督工厂制造进度和催促进度，检验；驻厂或者最终检验); 工厂审核 (包括检查和评估工厂实力比如公司营业执照工作范围、ISO质量管理体系和程序执行情况、人员设备及检试验设备和仪器、产品作业指导书，检试验计划和质量记录、员工合同情况和保险等、环境健康和安全状况。

3.2 Technical Staffing and Project Management Duration Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-commissioning and commissioning, Maintenance: Technical Staffing and Personnel Secondment; EPC/PMC and Owner Site Representative Manpower Service; Recruitment Service for Client’s Permanent Talent; Additional Administration/Personnel Agent Service including Reservation of air ticket/hotel, Vehicle Rent, Timesheet Collection and Payroll Calculation, Administration Procurement. 3.2 技术人员招聘和项目管理 在工程设计、采购、建造、预调试和调试、维护期间项目: 技术人员招聘和人员借调； 总承包商/项目管理承包商和业主现场代表人力服务； 客户方永久雇员招聘服务； 附加行政/人事代理服务 (例如预定机票宾馆房间、车辆租赁、行政采购、考勤表收集和工资表计算服务等).
