1 BRIEF GUIDELINE FOR AUTHOR PREPARING PAPER FOR PUBLICATION
CLSW 2016, Singapore

2 THE REQUIREMENT OF SPIRNGER LNAI
Springer proceedings should contain original research that has neither been published nor submitted for publication elsewhere. Full papers (10–15 pages) Short papers (6-8 pages). A limited number of poster papers may be included.

3 THE REQUIREMENT OF SPIRNGER LNAI
Authors must be aware of the fact that they have to submit a signed Consent to Publish form, through which the copyright of their paper is transferred to Springer. (The publication committee will provide a copyright form for CLSW2016 on our CLSW website. ) When submitting their paper, the authors should allot a corresponding author, who must be available to carry out a proof check of the paper. The corresponding author is given 72 hours to check the paper.

Springer has developed LaTeX style files and Word templates to help you prepare your paper. LaTeX is the preferred format (especially for texts containing several formulae), but Word templates are also available. Information for Authors of Computer Science Publications can be found at:

Please refer to Please get this file as a template when formatting the paper A research paper can be as long as 50 pages. No copyright form needs to be signed.

7 THE REQUIREMENT OF IJKLP
1、该类稿件须按照下面链接中的说明进行撰写（其中有模板） 2、作者信息：中文作者名为姓在前，名在后，首字母大写。例： “刘鹏远”为Liu Pengyuan 3、无需Copyright form，IJKLP假定投往该期刊的作者会保证自己 论文的原创性。 4、论文长度： 对只在IJKLP发表的论文，最少不得少于10页，最长不超过30页 同时在Springer及IJKLP发表的论文，最少不得少于20页，最长不超过30页。

1、一些论文中涉及大量的中文，要采用恰当的格式，以使不懂 中文的读者读懂论文，这需要作者认真考虑。 2、请注意对学术术语的翻译，根据以往经验，很多论文虽然由 英语系教师合作翻译，但是对语言学相关术语的表达通常存在问 题，因而造成评审不过。

3、词语/短语表述可统一规范为：中文[拼音]（英文翻译）。例 如：语言[yu3yan2]（language）。其中的拼音如不必要，也可以 省略，则为：语言（language）。 4、对出现的中文句子，一律要有对应的英文译文句（斜体）。

5、参考文献。 对中文文献的引用，如该中文文献有英文题目和摘要，则可直 接引用该英文题目、作者及出版等信息，并在尾部注明为[In Chinese]，不用写出该中文文献的中文题目； 如该中文文献无英文题目，则需要自行翻译该文献题目、作者 及出版等信息，格式为：英文题目及相关信息（中文题目及相 关信息）[In Chinese]

11 PUBLICATION FEE 英文费用统一为人民币1200元，在稿件二审通过后支付给中文与 东方语文信息处理学会(COLIPS)。
中文信息学报稿件待该学报录用后，由学报联系作者收取。 具体支付信息请关注CLSW会议网站。
