2 背景 在2013年9月由聖馬田堂主任 提出来厘清和定位兩堂联系 工作小组由英文堂（教會堂 議長和堂主任）和以下中文 堂代表组成：

Dr. Sam Wells) & Chinese Representatives: Andrew Chu [resigned Oct/14] Anne Chow[resigned Jun/15] Ekie Wong [Oct/14 –May/16] Wendy Zhao [from Jun/15] Edith Lau [from Jun/15] Rev. 3 决议流程 工作小组本身不会做 出决定，但会向中英 文堂值理会汇报。
The working group does not make decisions, but reports back to CCC and PCC.

4 三个选项 1: 与圣马田英文堂合 拼 Option 1: Convergence with St Martin-in-the- Fields
2: 成為圣马田的相关 協作机构：独立运作 3: 完全独立，脱离圣 马田 Option 1: Convergence with St Martin-in-the- Fields Option 2: Affiliate Option 3: Entirely separate Status

选项1: 与圣马田英文堂合拼 展望会带来更深入的 融合：引导会众參与 英语活动和与其他会 友共担事工 中文事工和使命会成 为圣马田英文堂的综 合事工和使命的一部 分 Trajectory would always be toward greater integration – i.e. to channel those who were willing towards English-speaking activities and shared mission with the rest of the congregation The Chinese ministry and mission would become an aspect of the more general St Martin’s PCC ministry and mission

To be St Martin’s partner in mission, not a source of income or an entirely separate church Representative/observer of SMITF PCC on charity trustees; representative/observer of Chinese congregation on SMITF PCC

Today’s operation is closest to this model. Share St Martin’s resources (e.g. HR) Licence Fee due need to be negotiated (potentially step up) alongside with Common Fund contribution to Diocese. St Martin’s estimated current office/worship space usage costs £20,000 per annum, and potentially reviewed every 2 years

A gradual process by which the Chinese- speaking congregation would become an entirely separate church, still in the deanery and diocese, to be housed in separate building
