If we’re spending quality time with the Lord, we’re going to be taking on His nature.

3 仁愛、喜樂、和平、恆久忍耐或耐心、恩慈、良善、信實或忠誠、溫柔、節制或自制。
耶穌在我們裡面所結的果子 : 仁愛、喜樂、和平、恆久忍耐或耐心、恩慈、良善、信實或忠誠、溫柔、節制或自制。

4 仁愛 Love 上帝就是愛。耶穌是上帝之愛的化身。我們也需要盡力在各方面展現出上主的愛。
（耶穌：）你們每個人都很忙碌，但那花充足高品質時間與我在一起的人，將能擁有我的觀點，會注意到他人的需要，並擁有信念及靈性的敏銳度，去做他或她所能做的，來迎合他人的需求。 God is love. Jesus is the embodiment of God’s love. We, too, need to manifest the Lord’s love in every way we can.

So happiness is a fruit of the Spirit; it’s the joy of the Lord. Do you have it? Do others see happiness and joy in you? Do they see you smile and laugh? Do you manifest a happy, joyful spirit? Happiness is an important key, and you should ask yourself: How much happiness do I have?

6 和平 Peace 和平，也就是平安。平安真的來自於信心，來自相信上主，相信萬事都會不成問題的。

7 恆久忍耐,耐心 Longsuffering or Patience.
耐心願意忍受等待及延遲，卻不致生氣。我們經常需要有耐心，不管是對人、還是對事，並且需要以愛的靈性態度這樣做，不要對人或事情感到心煩意亂。 Patience is being able to endure waiting or delay without getting upset.

Gentleness is having a mild and kind nature or manner. It’s also having a gracious and honorable manner.

9 良善 Goodness. 良善包含正直、神聖、正義、仁慈、恩典、憐憫以及愛。其他的定義：擁有誠實正直和善良的個性，及具有一個仁慈和溫柔的性格。 Goodness consists of righteousness, holiness, justice, kindness, grace, mercy, and love. .

10 信心或忠誠 Faith;faithfulness
忠誠的其中一個定義是不動搖的信念；另一個是不斷地值得信賴；另一個定義是誠實盡職，擁有責任感及對職責的奉獻。它是可信賴的、忠心的、穩定的。 One of the meanings of faithfulness is unwavering belief; another is being consistently trustworthy.

12 節制,自制 Temperance, self-control

They’re the qualities that Jesus brings into our lives as we spend time with Him. They’re very beautiful qualities, aren’t they? They portray the Spirit of God.

14 謙卑是基礎 Humility is the foundation
謙卑不是在強調我們的不足；而是在強調上主的充足。它在強調上主如何透過我們做工這個事實；而即使我們是如此的軟弱、無能，但奇蹟般的，祂可以透過我們做工及使用我們。 Humility isn’t dwelling on our inadequacies; it’s dwelling on the Lord’s adequacy.

15 謙卑Humility 我們期望在我們生命中表現出謙卑的各方面是正面的。諸如表現出溫柔或安靜的特質，在控制下的力量和勇氣，加上仁慈。這樣的溫柔謙和是擁有信心及平安，因為你知道上帝在掌控一切。 The aspects of humility that we want in our lives are the positive ones—showing mildness or quietness of nature, and strength and courage under control, coupled with kindness. This kind of meekness is having faith and peace, because you know God’s in control.

16 信心 Faith 你有信心，因此你能信靠。你在靈裡安靜。你在依靠上主而非自己。你不倚靠自己的才能、你的智慧、你的魅力。你只是在信靠，而因為你信靠，因為你有信心，你對上主有信心，你能擁有那份平靜、溫柔，在他人看來，有如上主與你同在。他們知道萬事都會不成問題，因為你四周擁有那份溫柔謙和及安靜的靈。 You have faith, and therefore you have trust. You’re quiet in spirit. You’re depending on the Lord and not on yourself. You’re not depending on your own talent, your own wisdom, your own charisma.
