7 步態與跑鞋的關係 內側步態 (over pronation) 步行時很快及較多向內側滾動 腳腕呈現扭動，產生極大的壓力
可能會引致黏液囊炎，勒帶發炎(腳腱炎)及跑步者膝蓋(running knee)等 需穿直紙板，穩定性高，有腳橋支持及內側密度較高的跑步鞋

10 汗線與合適度的關係 汗線可以 確認腳的豎骨位置是否位於鞋的適當位置上 確認腳趾與鞋之間的接觸點 從鞋墊上受壓部分，分別出不同的腳型
扁平足 --- 大量受壓，腳印平而闊 高腳橋 --- 受壓於腳外側，腳印窄 確認腳趾與鞋之間的接觸點 鞋太長，腳趾汗線會出現鞋身最闊的位置之後 鞋太短，全部腳趾汗線會出現鞋身最闊的位置之前 鞋太寬，尾腳趾汗線會出現鞋墊上較入的位置，而且汗印不太明顯 鞋太窄，尾腳趾汗線會出現鞋墊上盡頭的位置
