1、RL02《能力验证规则》 《Rules for Proficiency Testing》 CNAS将PT与现场评审作为CNAS对合格评定机构能力进行评价的两种主要方式。规定了对合格评定机构的要求和对CNAS的要求。 CNAS deems PT & Onsite assesssments as 2 major means to evaluate CABs` capabilities. RL02 specifies the requirements for CABs and CNAS.

《Guidance on the Application of Accreditation Criteria for Proficiency Testing Providers in the Field of Microbiology》 本文件是CNAS依据特定领域微生物能力验证计划特性而对CL03:2010《能力验证提供者认可准则》所做的进一步说明及具体解释。 与CL03同时使用。 CL57 interprets requirements of in the field of microbiology and shall be used together with CNAS-CL03 (ISO/IEC ).

3、RL06《能力验证提供者认可规则》 《Rules for the Accreditation of Proficiency Testing Provider 》 本规则规定了CNAS PTP认可体系运作的程序和要求，包括认可条件、认可流程、认可变更、暂停、恢复、撤销、注销认可以及CNAS和PTP的权利和义务。 RL06 specifies the procedure and requirements for CNAS PTP accreditation, covering the conditions, process, change, suspension, recovery, cancellation and withdrawal of accreditation as well as rights and obligations for PTPs and CNAS.

《Guidance on Statistic Treatment of PT Results and Performance Evaluation 》 本文件为能力验证结果 的统计处理和能力评价提供指 南。 适用于CNAS的能力验证， 也可为其他机构组织能力验证 提供参考。 GL02 provides guidance on the statistics and performance evaluation in PTs. It can be applied to CNAS PTs and other PTs organized by other organizations.

《Guidance on Evaluating the Homogeneity and Stability of Samples Used for PT 》 本指南适用于CNAS能力验证计划中的样品均匀性和稳定性检验，也可为其他机构实施能力验证计划提供参考。 GL03 provides guidance on the stability and homogeneity testing of PTIs.

三、标准物质生产者认可 Reference Material Producer, RMP 标准物质/标准样品生产者(reference material producer, RMP) 技术上有能力的机构（公营或私营的组织或公司），对其RM生产 的项目策划和管理、特性值及其不确定度的赋予和确定、特性值的批准、 RM证书或其他文件发布负全部责任。 body (organization or company, public or private) that is fully responsible for project planning and management; assignment of, and decision on property values and relevant uncertainties; authorization of property values; and issuance of a reference material certificate or other statements for the reference materials it produces

25 APLAC established MRA for RMPs with 4 inaugural signatories
RMP国际互认-APLAC APLAC MRA for RMPs 2007:建立RMP-MRA，有4家缔约组织 APLAC established MRA for RMPs with 4 inaugural signatories 截止目前，另有TAF（Chinese Taipei）、HKAS（Hongkong）、JAB（Japan）、ANAB和PJLA（USA）、DSS和DMSc（Thailand）、AAC Analitica（Russia）、NABL（India）、IANZ（New Zealand、ema（Mexico）共15家加入。 So far 15 signatories for APLAC RMP MRA.

26 RMP国际互认-ILAC ILAC RMP MRA
国际实验室认可合作组织（ILAC）决定将全球层面的相互承认协议（MRA）扩展至依据ISO 17034认可的RMP。从ISO指南34到ISO 17034的过渡期为3年。 ILAC resolves to expand the current MRA to include accreditation of RMPs against The transition period is 3 years from ISO Guide34 to
