111飞马中队家长委员会 Responsibilities 责任: Providing suitable accommodation for cadet training and activities 为少年团学员提供训练和活动场地 Promoting the Cadet Program to the community 向社区推广和招募少年团学员 Fundraising and managing funds for additional activities not supported financially by DND 募捐筹款用以支持非国防部赞助的项目 Communication with parents 与家长联系

financial budget for 2017 2017年的财政预算 Budgeted for 150 cadets 150个学员的预算: Expenses 开支: almost $100,000 Net registration fee 学员总注册收入 : $15,000 Receive: $210 registration fee per cadet 收取每学员$210注册费 Pay: $100 assessment fee to BCPC per cadet 交付省团组织 $100 Net fee: $110 per cadet 实际收到每学员$110 Shortfall 差额 : $70,000!

8 Expenses Are Paid for... 开支用到。。。
rental for training locations and storage - eg. our band practices in a school 场地、仓库租用 – 如为乐队租用学校场地 equipment (eg, music instruments) 装备(如乐器) flying 飞行和滑翔飞行 FTXs 户外训练 field trips (Pegasus Challenge,Boeing Trip, etc.) 实地考察旅 行(飞马挑战赛，参观波音公司等 ) annual awards dinner / Christmas party 年度颁奖晚宴/圣诞晚会 various awards/trophies 各种奖品/奖杯 others (food for activities, office supplies, BCPC AGM, Duke of Edinburgh, supplies, printing….) 其他(食物，办公用 品，省团年会，爱丁堡公爵奖，书本文具，印刷…)

开支需要通过募捐来筹集 Tag days – the biggest fundraising activity! (over $20,000 per year) 街头募捐日- 最大的募捐活动(每年超过$20,000 ) DND funding 国防部提供资金 – (claim 获得 $16,000) Gift card sales 销售礼品卡 Donations – the SSC is a registered charitable organization 捐款 – SSC是政府登记的非牟利机构，可提供减税凭据。 Sponsorship at specific events 特殊活动赞助 Purdy’s Chocolate sales 售卖Purdy巧克力 Other ideas 其他主意 ? 10 How can parents get involved?
家长如何能参与？ Get informed about what’s happening to help your cadets make the most out of this program 如果你对少年团有更充分了解就能够帮助学员获得更多! Volunteer!!! Everyone can contribute 义工!!!人人都能做出贡献! Driving cadets (YES as simple as that!) 接送学员(就是这么简单!) Fundraising 募捐 – blood of the program 为项目筹款! Canteen 小卖部 Cheering at competitions! (your cadets love to see!) 比赛时 候当啦啦队!(你的孩子需要你的喝彩!) Helping hands in all activities 在各种活动时帮忙!

12 It is every cadets’ responsibility to keep themselves informed
每一位学员自己有责任保证自己获得最新资讯。 Please try to let them take responsibility for their own activities and information and do not take it over on their behalf 请让学员自己对自己应该参加的活动负责，自己 做好安排，家长不要代劳。 (but you can assist them not to miss out any of the fun opportunities) 但您可以提醒他/她不要错过任何值得参加的活动机会

进入基地请用西门 DO NOT park in the military zone 请不要在军方停车区泊车 Violators will be towed at owner‘s expense 违例停车将被拖走并要缴付拖车费. Drop Off and Pick Up Cadets 接送学员 from Maple Street to avoid congestion on 11th Ave 请在Maple Street那一边以免堵塞第11街
