3 弟兄们，你们不可彼此批评。人若批评弟兄，论断弟兄，就是批评律法，论断律法。你若论断律法，就不是遵行律法，乃是判断人的。
你们中间的争战斗殴，是从哪里来的呢？不是从你们百体中战斗之私欲来的吗？ 2 你们贪恋，还是得不着。你们杀害嫉妒，又斗殴争战，也不能得。你们得不着，是因为你们不求。 What causes fights and quarrels among you? Don't they come from your desires that battle within you? 2 You want something but don't get it. You kill and covet, but you cannot have what you want. You quarrel and fight. You do not have, because you do not ask God. – James 4:1-2 弟兄们，你们不可彼此批评。人若批评弟兄，论断弟兄，就是批评律法，论断律法。你若论断律法，就不是遵行律法，乃是判断人的。 Brothers, do not slander one another. Anyone who speaks against his brother or judges him speaks against the law and judges it. When you judge the law, you are not keeping it, but sitting in judgment on it. – James 4:11

Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me. - Revelation 3:20

8 凡事不可结党，不可贪图虚浮的荣耀。只要存心谦卑，各人看别人比自己强。 4 各人不要单顾自己的事，也要顾别人的事。 5 你们当以基督耶稣的心为心。 6 他本有神的形像，不以自己与神同等为强夺的。 7 反倒虚己，取了奴仆的形像，成为人的样式。 Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. 4 Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others. 5 Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus: 6 Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, 7 but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. Philippians 2:3-8

9 你们贪恋，还是得不着。你们杀害嫉妒，又斗殴争战，也不能得。你们得不着，是因为你们不求。 3 你们求也得不着，是因为你们妄求，要浪费在你们的宴乐中。
You want something but don't get it. You kill and covet, but you cannot have what you want. You quarrel and fight. You do not have, because you do not ask God. 3 When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures. – James 4:2-3

But you--who are you to judge your neighbor? 13 Now listen, you who say, "Today or tomorrow we will go to this or that city, spend a year there, carry on business and make money." 14 Why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow. What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes. 15 Instead, you ought to say, "If it is the Lord's will, we will live and do this or that." 16 As it is, you boast and brag. All such boasting is evil. James 4:12-16

11 明亮之星，早晨之子阿，你何竟从天坠落。你这攻败列国的，何竟被砍倒在地上。 13 你心里曾说，我要升到天上。我要高举我的宝座在神众星以上。我要坐在聚会的山上，在北方的极处， 14 我要升到高云之上。我要与至上者同等。 How you have fallen from heaven, O morning star, son of the dawn! You have been cast down to the earth, you who once laid low the nations! 13 You said in your heart, "I will ascend to heaven; I will raise my throne above the stars of God; I will sit enthroned on the mount of assembly, on the utmost heights of the sacred mountain. 14 I will ascend above the tops of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.“ – Isaiah 14:12-14

12 故此你们要顺服神，务要抵挡魔鬼，魔鬼就必离开你们逃跑了。 8 你们亲近神，神就必亲近你们。
Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. 8 Come near to God and he will come near to you. – James 4:7 -8

My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. 13 Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends. – John 15:12-13

You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. 7 Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous man, though for a good man someone might possibly dare to die. 8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. – Romans 5:6-8

又当存敬畏基督的心，彼此顺服。 - Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ. – Ephesians 5:21 你们作仆人的，要惧怕战兢，用诚实的心听从你们肉身的主人，好像听从基督一般。 6 不要只在眼前事奉，像是讨人喜欢的，要像基督的仆人，从心里遵行神的旨意。 7 甘心事奉，好像服事主，不像服事人。Slaves, obey your earthly masters with respect and fear, and with sincerity of heart, just as you would obey Christ. 6 Obey them not only to win their favor when their eye is on you, but like slaves of Christ, doing the will of God from your heart. 7 Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not men 6:5-7

22 那先前忍耐的人，我们称他们是有福的，你们听见过约伯的忍耐，也知道主给他的结局，明显主是满心怜悯，大有慈悲。
As you know, we consider blessed those who have persevered. You have heard of Job's perseverance and have seen what the Lord finally brought about. The Lord is full of compassion and mercy. – James 5:11
